No attorney can know the entire body law and rules of procedure which govern life in this country. The statutes and rules alone are voluminous and the body of interpretive case law occupies entire buildings. Even with CD ROM and sophisticated online search engines, a single attorney cannot hope to quickly grasp issues and nuances of law with which he is not familiar.
Although the law firm of Bill King P.C. has, since its inception, characterized itself as a "general practice" law firm providing legal services in a variety of legal contexts to the families and small businesses, there are limits to the type and scope of cases which it can independently handle. For this reason, Bill King P.C., some time ago, chose to associate representation in certain types of cases with other lawyers and law firms. Areas of law in which Bill King P.C. chooses not to practice independently and welcomes association are:
CRIMINAL - DUI
CRIMINAL - MAJOR FELONY
CRIMINAL APPEALS
LABOR LAW
WRONGFUL TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
SEXUAL HARASSMENT
DISCRIMINATION AND VIOLATION OF CIVIL RIGHTS
LANDLORD/TENANT
REAL PROPERTY LAW AND ZONING
IMMIGRATION
COMMERCIAL LAW AND CONTRACT LITIGATION
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
MILITARY LAW
TRIBAL LAW
E-COMMERCE
COMPUTER LAW
Bill King P.C. and Lawvue invites other lawyers and law firms to contribute articles in the above referenced areas. A Lawvue Contributor would prepare and keep current summary statements of law which explain in lay terms legal issues pertinent to the public in their area of practice. A Lawvue Contributor would, also, on a periodic basis, submit an article concerning current developments in their area of law. In exchange for such contribution, the Lawvue Contributor would be featured in the Lawvue website with a brief statement of their professional qualifications and experience. Inquiries made through Lawvue seeking additional information or assistance in that contributor's area of law would be forwarded directly to the office of the Lawvue Contributor.
If you are interested in becoming a Lawvue Contributor and desire to associate with Bill King P.C. for the representation of clients and prosecution of cases in your legal field of expertise, please complete and forward your APPLICATION to Lawvue.
