Lawvue is brought to you by the Phoenix law firm of Bill King, P.C. On this site the following products and services are available
Your on-line source for custom prepared documents and court pleadings. These documents cost less than what you would pay a paralegal and are drafted and reviewed by attorneys.
Your on-line reference for federal and state law and legal analysis. This site, also, includes topical analyses of legal issues which regularly confront the American family and small business. Browse as much as you want at No Charge.
Your on-line answer to questions about bodily injury and other harm resulting from automobile accidents, slip and fall, dangerous premises, product liability, animal bites, professional malpractice, intentional tort and negligent conduct of others.
Your real time resource for market information concerning residential property. Click the button on the left to go to a simple questionnaire that will help you determine the market value of property you want to sell or purchase.
Lawvue invites you to read the articles which have been prepared concerning each of the above topics. Please understand, however, that these articles are general statements of the law and should not be relied upon as being the definitive answer to your particular legal question. Every case is different and the principles of law set forth in these articles may not directly apply to your case or their application may be qualified by circumstances outside the scope of the article. In addition, please keep in mind that the processing and resolution of each case is often dependent upon factors which are not legal in nature and which require knowledge, expertise and the exercise of judgment well beyond a simple application of rules and procedure.
In all adversarial cases in which the outcome is uncertain and not agreed upon, it is our recommendation that you obtain the independent and objective opinion of an attorney with experience concerning the matter at hand. On the other hand, in relatively simple cases where the facts and the principles of law are agreed upon and straight forward, i.e.. an uncontested divorce, a simple will or trust, formation of a closely held corporation, etc., the information and the forms provided by Lawvue may meet your needs. If you have questions concerning a form you have purchased or its processing, you can obtain additional information at no charge by e-mail or telephonically. If, however, your matter becomes more complex than initially anticipated, it is better that you make an appointment with an attorney to discuss your matter face to face. The attorneys of Bill King P.C. are available for such purpose and an appointment can be scheduled at your convenience. Please visit the "Bill King, P.C." home page for the office most convenient for you.
The forms provided in this site can be purchased from the "Lawvue Law Store". After purchase, you will be requested to provide certain information to Lawvue via your personal computer. After receipt of such information, Lawvue will prepare for you all of the documents and pleadings required by your particular case and instructions for their use and application. These forms will then be made available for downloading on your computer terminal and printing on your printer. In the event that you do not have access to a personal computer terminal or printer or, if you desire assistance in the entry of your data and the execution of the documents and pleadings which you order, you may, also, make an appointment with a "Lawvue Host". The Lawvue Hosts are not, however, attorneys and should not be relied upon to answer complex questions of law. The Lawvue Host has been trained in the process of obtaining and transmitting of information required for each Lawvue form and the execution of such form after it is delivered to you. The Lawvue Host is a notary and will assist you in the witnessing and execution of all documents which you purchase.
For your convenience, Lawvue has, additionally, compiled a directory of professionals who frequently provide assistance to attorneys and their clients concerning legal matters. Information concerning such professionals is available on the Professional Resources page of this site.
